When dealing with the loss of a loved one, it is important to not go it alone. Everyone has their own, unique path to internalizing loss and mourning the passing of the loved one. While we ultimately rely on Allah and seek and accept his wisdom, there are an array of resources available to cope with the mental health related challenges.
